47. AMENDMENT TO LEASE WITH CENTER CITY INVESTMENT FOR WIC CLINIC Approve and execute the fifth amendment to Lease No. L-7165 with Center City Investment, an Arizona General Partnership, Lessor, for 3,600 square feet (sf) of WIC Clinic located at 423 N. Country Club Drive, Mesa, AZ. The Lease term is for two years commencing February 1, 2010 and terminating January 31, 2012. The annual rental rate is $51,600.00 plus rental tax. Lessee may terminate this Lease Agreement by giving Lessor a 90-day written notice and Lessee may hold-over for six months upon lease termination. The County Facility Review Committee endorsed this Lease Amendment at their January meeting. (C-86-05-558-4-01)
