39. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT L-7369 WITH 4041 CENTRAL PLAZA LLC Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2 to Lease Agreement L-7369 between 4041 Central Plaza, LLC, as Lessor, and Maricopa County for early termination of Lease L-7369 for 16,024 rentable square feet of office space at 4041 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. Amendment No. 2 to Lease Agreement L-7369 will terminate the subject agreement effective June 30, 2011. This Second Amendment to Lease Agreement L-7369 was endorsed by the County’s Facility Review Committee during April of 2011. (C-86-05-621-4-02)
