18. RESCIND BOARD ACTION TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT GRANT FUNDS FROM THE ARIZONA GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY Rescind board action C-86-06-001-3-01 taken on March 15, 2006, to approve and accept grant funds from the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) Federal 402 grant (Contract No. 2006-OP-023) to Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health’s Office of Health Promotion and Education and send notice of termination. Contract was never executed by GOHS. Termination is due to the GOHS’ cancellation of award. (C-86-06-001-3-02)
