37. TERMINATE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE KANSAS CITY UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND BIOSCIENCES Terminate the Affiliation Agreement with the Kansas City University to allow their interns, residents, and/or students to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. (C-86-06-046-0) Pursuant to Paragraph 6. Term of the Agreement, “…either party may terminate this Agreement, without cause, by written notice sent to the other at least (90) days prior to the effective date of termination.” The term of the original agreement was January 18, 2006. Termination is effective July 11, 2011. (C-86-11-078-3-00)
