88. AMENDMENT TO AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY – IDAHO FOR TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS Approve Amendment No.1 to the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Off-Site Preceptor Student Rotation Training Agreement” between Brigham Young University – Idaho and the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide public health training experience for students in the MCDPH Office of Health Promotion & Education and in other programs. The amendment changes the term of the Agreement to July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2016; this is non-financial. (C-86-07-012-0-01)
