44. CONTRACTS FOR HARD TO REACH POPULATION SPECIALIST SERVICES Approve four (4) Contracts for the purpose of providing Hard to Reach Population Specialist Services. These Contracts are funded by a grant from Arizona Department of Health Services, (C-86-07-050-3). Each of these contractors was a successful respondent to a Request for Proposal issued by the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (PH RFP 10-020). Contractors and Serial Numbers are as follows: Centers for African American Health Arizona (Serial #: 860-10-20 A) (C-86-10-167-3-00) Area Agency on Aging (Serial #: 860-10-20 B) (C-86-10-168-3-00) Concilio Latino de Salud (Serial #: 860-10-20 C) (C-86-10-169-3-00) International Rescue Committee (Serial #: 860-10-20 D) (C-86-10-170-3-00) The total not-to-exceed amount of all contracts pursuant to PH RFP 10-020 will not exceed the amount of $767,000.
