18. 28. AMENDMENT TO THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH PARADISE VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Memorandum of Agreement between Paradise Valley Community College through The Office of Service Learning/Project Ayuda and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH). This amendment extends the length of the Memorandum of Agreement for a third year term from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011. All other terms and provisions of the original Memorandum of Agreement are not modified and as set forth herein shall remain in full force and effect. (C-86-07-062-0-03)
