14. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH GILA BEND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION Approve Amendment No. 2 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Gila Bend Elementary School District to extend the term of the IGA from May 2, 2008 through May 1, 2009 and increase the contract by $1,500 to provide school-based tobacco use prevention and education services for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. This amendment brings the IGA to a new not-to-exceed aggregate amount of $4,500 for the budget term July 1, 2006 through May 1, 2009. This agreement is covered under Section MC1-1001 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
