26. AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES WITH SUN CITY GRAND 1. Rescind the action taken on July 25, 2007, (C-86-08-012-0-00) to approve the Agreement for the Use of Facilities between Sun City Grand and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health’s Emergency Management Program (PHEM). This agreement was never executed by the Contractor and an updated version of the Agreement is submitted for approval. 2. Approve the (revised) Agreement for the Use of Facilities between Sun City Grand and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health’s Office of Preparedness and Response (OPR) to collaborate with Sun City Grand for the use of their facilities in the event of a public health emergency. The term of this non-financial agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall be in effect until terminated by either party. (C-86-08-012-0-01)
