24. TERMINATION OF AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH REMUDA RANCH CENTER FOR ANOREXIA AND BULIMIA, INC. Approve the letter of termination for the Affiliation Agreement between Maricopa County Department of Public Health and Remuda Ranch Center for Anorexia and Bulimia, Inc. (Remuda Ranch) for the Dietetic Internship Program. Pursuant to Section 12; B. “This agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) day prior written notice to the other party”. The effective date for the termination of this Agreement is August 17, 2009. Remuda Ranch provided a letter of termination to MCDPH on July 16, 2009. (C-86-08-034-0-02)
