33. AMENDMENT TO THE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH SCOTTSDALE HEALTHCARE CORP Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Affiliation Agreement between Scottsdale Healthcare and the Department of Public Health to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship at the Department of Public Health Office of Nutrition Services. The amendment extends the term of the agreement 24 months from December 31, 2009 to December 30, 2011. This amendment also makes an additional change to the general provisions. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement shall remain unchanged. (C-86-08-061-0-01)
