39. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE SALT RIVER PIMA - MARICOPA INDIA N COMMUNITY Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement to Provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Assets between the Salt River Pima - Maricopa India n Community and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health; Office of Preparedness Response (OPR), which revises the Indemnification and Insurance sections of the agreement. All other terms and conditions of this agreement remain in full effect. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health's Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-09-026-3-02)
