32. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH CATHOLIC HEALTHCARE WEST DBA ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER FOR RESIDENT PARTICIPATION Approve the affiliation agreement entitled, “Adjunct Affiliation Agreement for Medical Education” with Catholic Healthcare West d.b.a. St. Joseph ’s Hospital and Medical Center to allow residents to participate in learning experiences at Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health. The agreement is non-financial. The term of this agreement will be on the date on which the Agreement has been executed by both Parties (the “Effective Date”) and expires five years after the Effective Date, subject to the termination provisions of the Agreement.
