59. AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT GRANT FUNDING FOR THE HEALTHCARE FOR THE HOMELESS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Approve and accept grant funding through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 in the amount of $456,185 from Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration to Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health for ARRA – Capital Improvement Program. The term of the grant is from June 29, 2009 through June 28, 2011. The Department of Public Health indirect rate for FY 2009-10 is 19.5%. The grant will incur Capital/Subrecipient costs totaling $456,185 which are not subject to indirect cost recovery. The recoverable indirect cost of administering the grant is $0.00, and/or the non-recoverable indirect cost is $0.00. (C-86-10-004-3-00)
