62. CONTRACT WITH CHILD AND FAMILY RESOURCES, INC. FOR CHOICES FOR FAMILIES Approve the Contract Agreement between Child and Family Resources, Inc and Maricopa County, through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) for the Choices for Families funded through Arizona Early Childhood Development and Health Board, First Things First North Regional Partnership Council. This contract Agreement provides funding up to $125,000 to MCDPH for the contract term starting May 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. This grant deviates from County policy A2505 and does not allow for full indirect cost reimbursement, but a maximum of 10% indirect cost reimbursement. MCDPH indirect cost rate for FY 2008-09 is 18%. Therefore the recoverable indirect cost of administering the grant is $11,364, and non-recoverable indirect cost is $9,091. First Things First only allows a cap of 10% for indirect costs on all its grants. Funding for this contract is provided by Child and Family Resources, Inc. and does not increase the county general fund. (C-86-10-010-3-00)
