19. SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH OXFORD DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES FOR T-SPOT.TB TEST Approve a Sole Source contract between Oxford Diagnostic Laboratories and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) Clinical Services Division to provide T-Spot.TB testing services for the Refugee Clinic. The Sole Source contract term will be from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010, for the budget amount of $250,000. The estimated cost is based on volume and is subject to change based on the number of tests performed. The required advertisement for a Sole Source has been completed. (C-86-10-011-3-00)
