A-4. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY AND AMONG TERROS, INC., MARICOPA COUNTY, AND MAGELLAN HEALTH SERVICES FOR MARICOPA COUNTY OFFICE OF FAMILY HEALTH TEEN PROGRAM Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and among TERROS, Inc., Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), and Magellan Health Services for MCDPH Office of Family Health’s Teen Program. The MOU provides for one-time funding in the amount of $10,000 to MCDPH with an effective date of August 1, 2009 and a termination date of June 30, 2010. The Department of Public Health’s indirect rate for FY 2009-2010 is 19.5%. This grant does not allow for indirect costs, therefore $1,950 is not recoverable. TERROS, Inc. will receive a one-time allocation of $10,000 from Magellan Health Services, which will be pass through funding to support MCDPH’s Teen Program in Maryvale. There is no contractual agreement binding Magellan Health Services with the MCDPH to continue this allocation in the future. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this grant through a future reconciliation. (C-86-10-019-3-00)

30. RESCIND ACTION REGARDING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY AND AMONG TERROS, INC AND MEGELLAN HEALTH SERVICES Rescind action taken by the Board on September 2, 2009 (C-86-10-019-3-00) to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and among TERROS, Inc., Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) and Magellan Health Services for MCDPH’s Office of Family Health. This action to rescind is necessary because the MOU was never countersigned by the contractor. (C-86-10-019-3-01)
