28. AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES, PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT WITH ARIZONA ICEMAN, INC. Approve the Agreement for the Use of Facilities, Personnel and Equipment between Arizona Iceman, Inc., and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health’s Office of Preparedness and Response (OPR) to collaborate with Arizona Iceman, Inc. for the use of their site and equipment in the event of a public health emergency. The term of this non-financial agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall be in effect until terminated by either party.
