AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH SAFEWAY PHARMACY INC FOR H1N1 IMMUNIZATIONS TO THE PUBLIC Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Contract between Safeway Pharmacy Inc. and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health, to extend the expiration date from October 5, 2010 to October 5, 2015.
