AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH SCOTTSDALE HEALTHCARE FOR H1N1 IMMUNIZATIONS TO THE PUBLIC Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Contract between Scottsdale Healthcare and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health, to extend the expiration date from October 28, 2010 to October 28, 2015.
