32. IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Community College District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health to provide school-based tobacco use prevention and education services for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. Funding is for a not-to-exceed amount of $35,620 for budget period beginning July 1, 2009 through May 1, 2010. Funding for this agreement is provided by the Tobacco Education/Prevention Grant from ADHS and will not increase the County general fund budget. (C-86-10-082-3-00)

28. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR TOBACCO USE EDUCATION AND PREVENTION SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Community College District and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health to provide school-based tobacco use prevention and education services for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. Amendment No. 1 increases funding by $5,090 from not-to-exceed $35,620 to a new not-to exceed amount of $40,710 for budget period beginning July 1, 2009 through May 1, 2010. Funding for this agreement is provided by the Tobacco Education/Prevention Grant from ADHS and will not increase the County general fund budget. (C-86-10-082-3-01)

46. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR TOBACCO USE EDUCATION AND PREVENTION SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 2 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Community College District and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health to provide school-based tobacco use prevention and education services for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. Amendment No. 2 changes the contract expiration date from May 1, 2010 to a new expiration date of June 30, 2010 with funding amount unchanged. New budget period is July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the original IGA shall remain in full force and effect. Funding for this agreement is provided by the Tobacco Education/Prevention Grant from ADHS and will not increase the County general fund budget. (C-86-10-082-3-02)
