SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTION OF THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR TRAINING CLASSES FOR MCDPH OFFICE OF FAMILY HEALTH Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251-08, set a public hearing for 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 10, 2010 to consider the adoption of the fee schedule for training classes provided by Maricopa County Department of Public Health’s (MCDPH) Office of Family Health. Training will be delivered to agency service providers serving children birth through five years of age. Training will be held on an as-needed basis. Training cost will be $30 per participant. These fees are effective upon Board approval. Training fee will only be charged to participants from agencies other than MCDPH or University of Arizona (UA) Extension Office. The fee will be split one third to UA, and two-thirds to MCDPH. (C-86-10-104-M-00)

The new hearing date is hereby scheduled for March 17, 2010, to consider the adoption of the fee schedule for training classes provided by Maricopa County Department of Public Health’s (MCDPH) Office of Family Health.
