AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH SAINT LOUIS UNIVERSITY FOR STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Student Rotation Training Agreement” between Saint Louis University, by and for its School of Nursing (SLUSON) and the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide public health training experience for SLUSON students in the MCDPH Immunization Services program. The agreement is non-financial, and is effective from January 1, 2010 until December 31, 2014. (C-86-10-107-3-00)
