18. AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS WITH THE TOWN OF GILBERT Approve the Agreement to Provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Assets between the Town of Gilbert and Maricopa County through its Department of Office of Preparedness Response (OPR) to collaborate with the Town of Gilbert to provide SNS assets in the event of a public health emergency. The term of this non-financial agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall be in effect until terminated by either party. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health's Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-10-114-3-00)
