49. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH PHOENIX ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR NUTRITIONAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY EDUCATION Approve a non-financial Partnership Agreement (PA) between Phoenix Elementary School District and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Arizona Nutrition Network (ANN) to provide nutrition and physical activity education to the schools in this district. The PA is part of the ANN grant. This PA will be in effect from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2012. (C-86-10-115-3-00)
