48. DONATION FROM ALTARUM INSTITUTE TO WOMEN, INFANT AND CHILDREN SERVICES Authorize the acceptance of the donation of funds from Altarum Institute in the amount not-to-exceed $10,000.00 to the Department of Public Health’s Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Services. The Department of Public Health indirect rate for FY 2009-10 is 19.5%. The donated funds are limited to the purchase of furniture, equipment and materials for the Participant Centered Education systems. The Indirect costs estimated at $1,950 are unrecoverable. The overall program budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this donation through a future reconciliation. (C-86-10-122-D-00)
