19. AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS WITH MAYO CLINIC ARIZONA (MAYO) Approve the Agreement to Provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Assets between the Mayo Clinic Arizona (MAYO) and Maricopa County through its Department of Office of Preparedness Response (OPR) to collaborate with MAYO to provide SNS assets in the event of a public health emergency. The term of this non-financial agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall be in effect until terminated by either party. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa Department of Public Health Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-10-125-3-00)
