19. COMPENSATE BACK WAGES RESULTING FROM CHANGES IN FLSA STATUS FROM EXEMPT TO NON-EXEMPT Approve a lump sum payment totaling $343.17 to compensate Teresa Manygoats within the Public Health Department for back wages resulting from a change in FLSA status from exempt to non-exempt. Teresa Manygoats was misclassified as FLSA exempt and, therefore, was not eligible for overtime hours worked from March 24, 2008 to March 18, 2010. A lump sum payment totaling $343.17 will compensate her for the overtime back wages owed. The full amount of this request will be funded within the department’s current budget. (C-86-10-139-M-00)
