35. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH UNIVERSITY OF ST. FRANCIS FOR STUDENT ROTATIONS Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Student Rotation Training Agreement” between the University of St. Francis (USF) and the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide public health training experience for USF students in the MCDPH Immunization Services program. The agreement is non-financial, and is effective from May 1, 2010 until June 30, 2014. The agreement would allow students from USF to complete unpaid educational rotations in the immunization clinic and other clinics, and to develop a working partnership with MCDPH. (C-86-10-144-3-00)

FRANCIS FOR STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING Approve the second Amendment to the Student Rotation Training Affiliation Agreement with the University of St. Francis to allow students to participate in learning experiences at both the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) and the Maricopa County Department of Correctional Health (MCCHS). The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to remain from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019. The agreement would allow students from the University of St. Francis to continue to complete unpaid educational rotations with the Immunization program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH and MCCHS.
