39. AGREEMENT WITH MEDICAL TOXICOLOGY RESEARCH INC. FOR TRAINING IN MEDICAL TOXICOLOGY AND ASSORTED RESEARCH ACTIVITIES Approve the Funding Agreement for Salary Support with Medical Toxicology Research Inc., and Maricopa County th r ough its Department of Public Health (MCDPH). This agreement will allow a member of the MCDPH staff to participate in two years of training in medical toxicology and associated research activities. A stipend amount will be paid to MCDPH in the amount not-to-exceed $119,574. The term of this agreement will begin on July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2012. The Department of Public Health Indirect rate for FY 2010-11 is 17%. This funding is for stipend only and does not allow for indirect cost. The estimated unrecoverable costs are $20,328.
