22. CONTRACT WITH DIRCKS MOVING, LOGISTICS AND REAL ESTATE FOR USE OF FACILITIES Approve the Contract Pursuant to PH-RFP 10-028 for the purpose of becoming a regional distribution site for public health emergencies, between Maricopa County through the Department of Public Health, and the DIRCKS Moving, Logistics and Real Estate for the use of their facilities. This contract is in an amount not-to-exceed $ 1,375,000 for the term June 9, 2010 through June 8, 2015. This contract is paid through a grant from ADHS and does not effect the county's general funds.
