19. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH JOHN C. LINCOLN HOSPITAL FOR WIC ENROLLMENT SERVICES Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) between John C. Lincoln Hospital (JCL) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC enrollment services to the WIC eligible UMOM clients. The PA is part of the WIC Services grant. This PA will be in effect from June 1, 2010 to May 31, 2013. (C-86-10-156-M-00)
