DONATION OF WEB-SITE USAGE FROM GREENNURTURE, LLC Accept the donation of web-based site usage from GreenNurture, LLC to the Department of Public Health for the implementation of a web-based, employee engagement web-site. This web-site is a Green Government initiative aimed at assisting the department and employees to become more eco-friendly. The estimated value of this donation is $1,200. The term of this donation begins June 24, 2010 through June 23, 2011. No appropriation adjustments are required at this time. (C-86-10-164-M-00)
