32. GRANT FUNDS FROM ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR WIC CLINIC TENTANT IMPROVEMENT Approve Grant Award RFGA No. HR050175 between Arizona Depart of Health Services and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health to provide funds for tenant improvements of WIC clinic. The award amount is $100,000 for the term beginning June 15, 2010 through June 14, 2012. The Department of Public Health’s full indirect rate for FY2010-11 is 17%. However, the entire award amount is capital expenses, not subject to indirect costs. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this grant through a future reconciliation. Funds for this IGA are provided by ADHS and do not affect the County’s general fund (C-86-10-179-G-00)
