31. IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICE FOR ASTHO HEALTH IMPACT ASSESSMENTS Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) (HG1050007) between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide Association of State and Territorial Health Official (ASTHO) Health Impact Assessments (HIAs). This IGA provides funding in the amount of $15,000 for the budget period beginning June 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. The term of the IGA is June 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. The Department of Public Health’s indirect rate for FY2010-2011 is 17%. The full indirect costs are estimated at $2,179, of which is fully recoverable. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this grant through a future reconciliation. Funds for this IGA are provided by a grant from ADHS and do not affect the County’s general fund. (C-86-10-180-3-00)
