45. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH TO PURCHASE X-RAY SOFTWARE AND SERVERS Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(b), approve an expenditure appropriation adjustment to the Public Health (860) Public Health Fee Fund (265) Non-Recurring Non Project (0001) budget in the amount of $53,802. The original source of the funding is to be expended from fund balance is grant funding. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of the budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. This adjustment will allow for the completion of the X-Ray Software and Servers project for the Tuberculosis Control Program. There will be no impact in overall Maricopa County Budget Appropriation for FY 2010-11. These capital purchases are funded by old grant monies which are currently held in fund (265) fund balance set aside for TB program. (C-86-11-006-M-00)
