REIMBURSEMENT OF OVERTIME FOR WEST NILE VIRUS EPI-AID EXERCISE Approve acceptance of reimbursement check from Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of Vector-Borne Diseases (DVBD) to Maricopa County Public Health Department (MCDPH) in the amount of $952.85 for the overtime wages and mileage incurred by Alice Carrigan and Laurie St. Louis. The overtime wages were incurred due to requested RN assistance in blood draw for a West Nile Virus Epi-aid exercise.
