30. AGREEMENT WITH EXTRA SPACE STORAGE FOR DRIVE UP ACCESS STORAGE SPACE Approve and execute Rental Agreement No. L-7422 with Extra Space Storage located at 2222 W. Southern Avenue, Tempe, AZ for a 10 X 15 square foot drive-up access storage space. The monthly rental rate is $103.00,a one-time Administrative fee of $20.00 and a $10.00 Reservation deposit. The commencement date is October 30, 2010 ending June 30, 2011. Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health, Healthy Start , may terminate this agreement by giving the landlord two days verbal or fifteen days written notice of occupants intent to vacate. Funds for this agreement are provided by a grant from "First Things First" and does not affect the County’s general fund. This monthly rental agreement provides the facility to terminate, without penalty, if the grant funding is discontinued. (C-86-11-019-1-00)

RESCIND BOARD ACTION TAKEN ON RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH EXTRA SPACE STORAGE FOR DRIVE UP ACCESS STORAGE SPACE Rescind action taken by the Board of Supervisors on October 20, 2010 (C-86-11-019-1-00) to approve and execute Rental Agreement No. L-7422 with Extra Space Storage located at 2222 W. Southern Avenue, Tempe, AZ for a 10 X 15 square foot drive-up access storage space. This action is rescinded due to an unworkable authorization process between Maricopa County and Extra Space Storage. (C-86-11-019-1-01)
