21. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH SOCIETY OF ST VINCENT DE PAUL FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) between Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVDP) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC enrollment services to the WIC eligible SVDP clients. The PA is part of the WIC Services grant. This PA will be in effect from November 1, 2010 to September 30, 2013. (C-86-11-024-M-00)
