60. PHOENIX INDIAN CENTER TRAINEE ROTATION AGREEMENT Approve the Affiliation Agreement entitled “Trainee Rotation Agreement” between Phoenix Indian Center (PIC) and the Department of Public Health (DPH) to provide public health training experience for PIC trainees in the Maricopa County DPH Administration/Community Outreach office. The agreement is non-financial, and is effective from July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2015. (C-86-11-026-3-00)
