59. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH BLACK CANYON CITY HEAD START FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement between Black Canyon City Head Start (BCCHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health, Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC enrollment services to the WIC eligible BCCHS clients. The PA is part of the WIC Services grant. This PA will be in effect from January 1, 2011 to September 30, 2013. (C-86-11-036-M-00)
