60. LEASE/RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC STORAGE FOR SUPPLY STORAGE SPACE Approve and execute Lease/Rental Agreement No. L-7422 with Public Storage located at 4205 S. Mill Avenue, Tempe, AZ for a 20X10 square foot private storage space. The monthly rental rate is $137.00 and a $22.00 one-time new account fee. The Lease Agreement is month-to-month with a commencement date of November 23, 2010. Public Health may terminate this agreement with a seven day notice to the Landlord. (C-86-11-037-1-00)
