68. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH CENTRO DE AMISTAD, INC FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) between Centro de Amistad, Inc. (CDA) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide WIC enrollment services to the WIC eligible CDA clients. The PA is part of the WIC Services grant. This PA will be in effect from January 1, 2011 to September 30, 2013. (C-86-11-041-M-00)
