70. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH MERCY GILBERT MEDICAL CENTER, INC FOR WIC ENROLLMENT Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) between Catholic Healthcare West, a California Nonprofit public benefit corporation doing business as Mercy Gilbert Medical Center (MGMC) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide Breastfeeding Peer Counseling and WIC enrollment services to the WIC eligible MGMC clients. The PA is part of the WIC Services grant. This PA will be in effect from January 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012. (C-86-11-043-M-00)
