43. AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN OFFICE OF PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE SPONSORED EXERCISES WITH THE TOWN OF GILBERT Approve the Agreement to Participate in Office of Preparedness and Response Sponsored Exercises between the Town of Gilbert and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health; Office of Preparedness Response (OPR). This agreement will provide a reimbursement in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000. The term of this agreement shall begin on November 1, 2010 and end on August 31, 2011. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health's Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-11-051-3-00)
