CLINICAL EXPERIENCE AGREEMENT WITH YAVAPAI REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Approve the Clinical Experience Agreement with Yavapai Community Hospital Association dba Yavapai Regional Medical Center to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship.
