ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF GROCERY VOUCHERS FOR THE TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL INCENTIVE PROGRAM Approve the Acceptance and Use of grocery vouchers from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) for the Tuberculosis Control-Incentive Program. The Department of Public Health, Health Care for the Homeless, Tuberculosis Clinic has received, free of charge, 300 grocery vouchers at $10 each which makes the total value of the vouchers $3,000. 49. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO ACCEPTEANCE AND USE OF GROCERY VOUCHERS FOR THE TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL INCENTIVE PROGRAM Approve an Administrative Correct to an action taken on 4/13/2011 (C86-11-069-3-00) that approved the acceptance and use of grocery vouchers from the AZ Department of Health Services (ADHS) for the Tuberculosis Control-Incentive Program. The correction includes a financial impact in order to book the costs of $3,000. MCDPH’s indirect rate for FY11 is 17%. This in-kind donation does not allow for indirect; therefore, indirect expenses estimated at $510 are unrecoverable. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this grant through a future reconciliation. (C-86-11-069-3-01)
