31. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE CORRECTIONS FOR TRANSITIONAL SUPPORT Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide Transitional Support to help reduce recidivism for Youth on Parole and their Parents.
