34. AGREEMENT FOR STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS WITH CENTRAL ARIZONA WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT Approve the Agreement to Provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Assets between Central Arizona Water Conservation District (CAWCD) and Maricopa County through its Department; Office of Preparedness Response (OPR), to collaborate with the CAWCD to provide SNS assets in the event of a public health emergency. The term of this non-financial agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall be in effect until terminated by either party. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health's Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-11-076-3-00)

AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS WITH CENTRAL ARIZONA WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement to Provide Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) Assets between Central Arizona Water Conservation District (CAWCD) and Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health; Office of Preparedness Response (OPR), which revises the Indemnification and Insurance sections of the agreement. The MCDPH, Office of Preparedness Response was previously known as the Maricopa County Department of Public Health's Emergency Management Program (PHEM). (C-86-11-076-3-01)
