41. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE QUEEN CREEK UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #95 FOR CLINICAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS Approve the Dietetic Internship Affiliation Agreement with the Queen Creek Unified School District #95 to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from June 1, 2011 through June 30, 2015. (C-86-11-080-3-00)
